Hello,

I know that I can set up a CIFS mount in AIX or Linux to communicate with Windows for file storage, but what other forms of communication can take place between Linux and Windows? I know that Windows can just SSH into a Linux machine and accomplish just about anything that needs to be done, but what about Linux to Windows? I ask because I work in a multi-platform environment and I wanted to know what my limitations are as far as connecting to a remote server. I know that when I was going from Windows to Windows, I could use the PSEXEC program to open a remote command prompt on another machine. Depending on what it is capable of doing, I may be able to automate some tasks.
